This self‐paced, blended (home study plus field work) course is designed for individuals entering or seeking to develop their careers as auctioneers, appraisers, and retail managers. In addition to learning core business and marketing principles, you will study essential appraisal practices in complete alignment with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP®). The course is divided into 38 modules. Each module contains:
• A content overview including an essay/prompt assignment (using the following subject questions exactly as provided).
• A rigorous assessment made up of 10 True/False questions (each module must be passed with at least 80% correct before proceeding).
• Additional multiple‐choice, short essays, or case studies as noted in select modules.
Successful completion of each module (minimum 80% on assessments) plus 100 documented hours of on‐the‐job experience earns the CCAA designation.
